Shopping, Refund and Exchange Policy
Spruced Goose strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality, but if for some reason you are unhappy with the size, colour or the product is just not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at email@example.com and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative option (such as replacement or credit note), or refund the item value in full. The item must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached. The cost of postage will not be reimbursed for returned items.
SALE ITEMS – Sorry, no refunds will be given on sale items, however we are happy to exchange within 14 days of purchase and an additional charge of postage will be required.
If a product you would like is listed as ‘out of stock’, please contact us and we will do all possible to order it for you, and to ensure that you are notified when the item is re-stocked. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative item or take other alternative steps.
If for some reason beyond Spruced Goose’s control you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us so that we can discuss rectifying the problems. Spruced Goose takes great care and pride in carefully packaging their items to ensure safe delivery to you, and value your business and so will always take great steps to ensure you are happy and satisfied.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item, or refund the items value. All orders processed by Spruced Goose are sent via Australia Post Express Post and have tracking numbers. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
